10/02/2025 MNewman - Fady spoke with customer Kim about this device. "Stamford Room 2 unit, and there is an open ticket for AWIC Room 1 related to a PACS issue." Will schedule this once device is ready for PM service. Customer also advised usd23b0331 can be scheduled at Stamford on same day. Working to locate a WO for this unit.

07/08/2025 Rbailey - Called 203.214.6497 back from VM. Spoke with Kim DeMorro. She confirmed the October 3 for 2 devices but also advised that us923b0878 is actually at Advanced Radiology Consultants - Stamford /1259 E Main St, Stamford, CT 06902. Creating location and moving device. Sending email confirming the 2 devices being scheduled for David. Advising Planner. Waiting to see about other device (US923B0878) at this location and then hopefully do both at the same time
