@Brooke Alexander I will have the tech add the dates of the searches in the notes, but there will not be timesheets added. When these bed techs are searching for PM's, they are searching for an entire list of PM's. When they find one the search time is captured on that; so the time was likely captured on another work order. This is how this has been done for 6 plus years.
@Jennifer Johnson shouldn't this be put in "incomplete" status though? Not closed?
