06/12/2026 ARoosa - Recvd email from Chris Rohman at chris.rohman@mclaren.org stating they are no longer in possession of any G7 modules. They converted to a spacelabs monitoring platform in 2023. He saked for us to please remove them from this FCO.
I sent reply email thanking him for confirming they no longer have these devices and let him know an FSE will be reaching out via email with paperwork for him to sign.
06/11/2026: ARoosa - Called 989 330 5512 Jonathon Martin, Jon said that they got rid of all G7's several years ago and that he had sent Philips an email stating so. I appologized to him stating that the email must not had been recieved and asked if I could email him the info. and if he can reply with what he stated on the phone that we will start the process to end their affilation with these devices. email sent to jonathon.martin@mclaren.org

05/19/2026 YEspino Called 989-772-6736 to speak to Michelle Jennings to verify the devices in question.This is the number for the ultrasound dept, Was able to speak to Erica and she advised that michelle is currently with a patient .So i left a message to get a call back.
05/19/2026 YEspino Called 989-779-5670 to speak to Catherine Moreno to verify the devices in question. Pressed 3 and i was sent to MRI. Was able to speak to Jill and she advised she currently wasn't in and was advised to call back tomorrow.
