I asked if I could get an email sent so he could reply for a papernotice so we can close WO he told me to contact who ever I spoke with before from Decatur location. I already have email from Brandi Oesch Surgery Chief Nursing Officer from Decatur stating they do not have these devices.

( He refused to give ma an email or phone # for this person)
04/27/2026 ARoosa - Recvd email from Brandi Oesch stating the following. This is a part on our anesthesia machines? We do not use Phillips for our anesthesia machines here. And we do not use intellivue as our anesthesia brand machine. We use Mindray and we have one spacelabs anesthesia machine.
