She confirmed to have Michael Steencken onsite for all devices. I advised Fady to help her with the 3 additional devices.
05/14/2026 ARuby - called 832-599-9185 for Sarah, VM/LM. Called Christian (304) 439-4813 said he is not a good POC for this and that Sarah's team would be better to get ahold of. He mentioned Douglas, Nike <nike.douglas@wvumedicine.org> & Mccord, Kyra <kyra.mccord@wvumedicine.org> is Sarah's team. He said some of these may even be in the surgical center. 04/21/2026: ARoosa - Called 304-264-1000, Xfer to biomed, Spoke to Christian, he stated that for somereason they do not keep track of SN's on these devices however if I would email him a list he will get with anesthesia and have them help to confirm and track down these devices, Sent email to christian.hamrick@wvumedicine.org
