05/29/2026 ARoosa - Recvd. email from Fred at Fred.bakhuizen@bassett.org stating (This device can’t be found in our data base. I even looked for close serial numbers thinking it was logged in improperly. I looked at all the G7 serial numbers in the facility and it is nonexistent.) I sent reply email thanking him for his response and letting him know I will submitt this for ANR review to see if we can close this WO and end his affiliation with device.

05/14/2026 YEspino Called 607-547-3185 to speak to Fred over the device in question. Was able to speak to Josh and he advised Fred was out of the shop. But he looked into the serial number for me and advised they do not have any record of ever having this device.
