04/17/2026 MHamersley - per case details, these devices were completed by April Nuovo, May 12, 2025;
12/22/2025 YEspino Called 978-809-2558 to speak to Kevin to verify the devices in question. Was able to speak to Kevin and he advised that April N was supposed to have gone onsite 12/19 to service the devices in question. Advised i would check it out on my side an ask April and follow up with him after the holidays if anything further is needed.

11/06/2025 YEspino Called 978-809-2558 to speak to Kevin Small to verify the devices in question. Was able to speak to Kevin but he is currently off the clock so he asked if i could send him an email to look into the devices in question.

05/19/2025 awhitney David & April went onsite and worked with biomed and could not locate the devices removing work orders from both until we can get confirmation on units.
04/16/2025 awhitney discussed with Sean C and Fady M we will have David and April working at beth Israel next week dispatching to David to order parts and proceed with scheduled visit next week.
