06/04/2026: ARoosa - Called 270-737-1212, xfer to biomed, Spoke to Kevin and he said they no longer use Philips Gas modules they Use GE modules that are built into the bed and these devices are no longer in use. I asked if he would please reply with that in the email I sent him prioir so we can start ANR process. He sent email as I was typing stating they no longer use these devices. I replied letting him know that an FSE will reach out with paperwork for him to sign to end affiliation.
