08/19/2026 YEspino Called 614-949-6416 to speak to Jerry to follow up on the devices in question. Was able to speak to Jerry and he advised he is frusterated because nobody has reached out to him and advise him of we clearly need from him. Will send an email out to him with serial numbers so that he can look into it.

05/04/2026 ARoosa - Email was sent to Jerry on 04/28/2026 about multiple locations after I had recvd. call from him. He was very upset that we kept reaching out over and over about this recall so I looked into it and he is connected to all Ohio health sites and he asked me to email the entire list and he has not yet responded.
