04/28/2026 ARoosa - Sent email to Jerry explaining I figured out why I believe he was contacted so many times, and asked him if he will be POC for all Ohio Health locations since he is POC for ohio health riverside as well as ohio health distribution center.
04/28/2026: ARoosa - Called 614-566-5000, xfer to biomed, Spoke with Ben told him why I was calling he said hold on just a moment, Jerry came on the line and as I was telling him why I was calling he said very rudely ( let me stop you right there, How many times are you guys gonna call me about the same thing, I've been getting calls about htis for months 3 times a week. I've responded to emails sent list's of my SN's and so on). I apologized to him for any confusion and asked him for his email address so I can research for his prior emails and that if it was ok I will send him another email if I can't find them and he can respond as to what he wants to do because he stated they have been retiring these devices.
04/20/2026: ARoosa - Called 614-566-5000, Xfer to biomed, Spoke to Brea she xfer me to her Mngr. She came back and stated her Mngr was on the floor and could take my info and have him return my call and once I told her what recall was for she said she may just pass it on to their O.R biomed tech.
