I sent reply email thanking Art for letting us know and informed him I will start paperwork to have his affiliation ended with devices.
07/27/2026 ARoosa - Sent fu email to Art Delfin at art.delfin@intelashealth.com asking him to clarify if he is the proper POC for this location since he had previously confirmed 2 devices at a different Truman medical site and if so if he is stating that these 2 devices are not in his system as active.

06/05/2026: ARoosa - Called (816) 404-2373, Art Delfin, VM/LM asking him to return call so i can confirm address of locations and see if he is the proper contact for the Truman Medical Center at 2301 Homes St. Kanas City Mo, or just for the Truman Lakewood facility.

I sent reply email thanking him for checking and confirming the one device, and let him know planner will be reaching out to schedule this remediation, I also noticed while reviewing that I copied one SN twice so I sent him the SN I had not copied and asked if this was the second device he was referring to
