10/13/2026 RArnold - Called 9372578796 for Michael Pardini. He is not in his office today. Left a message with Karl. Found email with Benjamin "After looking through our system it looks like have never had this unit in our facility. Which makes me think maybe the S/N was input wrong or something. I going to double check some stuff but I do not think we have this unit." Sending follow up and adding in Michael.

10/13/2026 RArnold - Called 850-883-8511 for Khank. Was sent to the wrong person. Airmen Nguyen did walk in when I was speaking with the other gentleman. Email had typo. He does not have this device as he is at Eglin AFB in FL. He provided contact Benjamin Lapore but he is on leave and provided his supervisors email.

09/04/2026: ARoosa- Sent fu email to Khank.b.nguyen3.mil@health.mil asking to see if he has reviewed info and can confirm SN.

08/27/2026 YEspino Called 850-883-8511 to follow up with Erin over the device in question. Was able to speak to Khanh Nguyen and he asked if i could resend him the email again so that he can advise if this device is on file or not.

07/20/2026: ARoosa - Called 850-883-8511 number for Gloria Siangu, spoke to a man named Erin Williams I explained why I was calling he asked me to email him at Khank.b.nguyen3.mil@health.mil. He said he is located in Florida at Eglin Air force base but will look to see if he has this device as well as any others that may be affected.

07/20/2026 ARoosa - Recvd email from Benjamin Lepore at Wright Pat Airforce stating that after looking into his system it looks like they have neber had this unit and that maybe something was entered wrong. He said he is going to double check some stuff but he don't believe they have this unit.

06/09/2026 ARoosa - Recvd. email from sabra.hay@us.af.mil stating thank you for the information but it does not impact their department, they do not use any anesthesia devices. She forwarded the email to a person she knows is at the 88th MDG who might be able to look into it over there. Sent reply email thanking her for her help & letting her know I look forward to a reply from her contact.
