10/22/2025 RFosbury - rec'd email from annette_dobbs@bshsi.org stating "This piece of equipment is no longer on site at Chester. Due to the recall and lack of use we sent it back to St. Francis via RT"
10/21/2025 RFosbury - sent email proposing FSE (Allan K) onsite Nov 12th at 12PM.
09/30/2025 - RFosbury - site confirmed, working with site to schedule FSE onsite.
06/09/2025 Rbailey - Called 804.778.6500 Spoke with with Danielle. She Confirmed the Device is on site in their Storage as they are not using it currently. She provided the Director's email and said this was the best number. Sending email to Coordinate Planner scheduling
