05/13/2026 LHill-rec'd message from Rob Ingraham-I believe after the escalation from last month, we found those to be still out of service. I'll follow up with Mike Swingle in the morning to review. We are onboarding a new tech that will service this facility and 3 others near Raleigh. He will be starting June 1.
05/13/2026 LHill-sent message to Rob Ingraham in TEAMS-Robert Ingraham Circling back around to Maria Parham from last month. I see that we still have 8 old WOs open for that location. What should we do with those.
2/18/26 RBerry- Emailed JJohnson stating: We currently have 13 open WOs for Maria Parham Medical Center, dating back to 4/11/25. Of those, 3 are PMs and the remaining are repairs.
My understanding is that they are currently refusing to provide POs. All but two of these WOs already have time entered.
How would you like us to proceed? Should these be closed out or handled another way? I just want to ensure we’re aligned on the direction before taking any action.
