08/25/2025 YEspino Received an email back from Ti-Leigh advising that she would put me in contact with Carlos Martinez from biomed to be better assisted. Then received a response from Carlos asking that before we service the devices in question if we could send him docs from the previous work order that was done at the site that they are yet to receive, he believes the Tech would be Manny Tavares. He also listed the serial numbers of the that correlate to the docs in question. Will reach out to Ashley to ask if she can assist with that and i will email him back advising that i will get with the planner and will respond when i have an answer or something to send him.

07/15/2025 YEspino Called 321-841-5111 to verify the devices in quesiton. Asked to be transferred over to the Respt Dept, Was able to speak to Rachel and she advised she would take a message for me because the supervisors were currently in a meeting.
