08/12/2025 YEspino Called 774-280-3387 to follow up with Shane over the previous email sent to verify the devices in question. Was able to speak to Shane and he asked if we could do an exception letter for these devices because they arent able to locate them. Advised i would get with the planner for this area and i would call him back with an answer.

05/20/2025 awhitney phone call received from Shane these 2 vents did not show up in his inventory so he believes they may be at a customer site and they might have accidentally returned the wrong SN's so he is going to research a bit on these 2 and give me a call back.
