On site, attempted to contact POC. Phone number on this WO would not connect and the phone number on the EMSAR WO was not longer in service. Asked at reception/check-in and they also did not get an answer. I was escorted by a hospital Volunteer to the area where he thought Biomed was and spoke with someone at a nurse's station. Finally got in contact with and was met by Biomed and was escorted to the Biomed shop to determine the location of these devices.
