05/12/2026 YEspino Called 508-817-6399 to follow up with chris to give him a proposed date of may 20 for april and also verify the other serial number associated with this site. Was able to speak to chris and he confirmed he is good to go for the 20th for sn: US425B1198 & the other sn: US52112095 i will have to call David Lavalle @ 508-918-4195 to try and locate it because it is not whithin reach of chris.
05/12/2026 YEspino Called 508-817-6399 to speak to Chris over the devices in question. Was able to speak to chris and he advised that this device is actually at the Charlton Family Med location (10 North Main St ,Charlton, MA 01507) he advised he is the POC for this device. Advised him i would get with megan to get the best proposed date and i would give him a call back.
04/21/2026 YEspino Called 774-436-0870 to follow up with Tim over the devices in question. Was able to speak to Tim and he advised he is currently on vacation and advised to call Chris at the Webster location that may have the Sparq device we are looking for . Chris: 508-817-6399 need to call back tomorrow
03/30/2026 YEspino Called 774-436-0870 to speak to Timothy Ohare to verify the Pms in question. Was unable to speak to him or leave a message because the line only rang a couple times and the call was dropped.
