There are two (2) jobs. One is in California which I believe there is a work order for. The other is in Minneapolis which we are working on getting approval for. Both are being dealt with by David (Cali) and Brad (Minneapolis). As for now both sites are having same issue with light arms. Jennifer Johnson is discussing with Burton lights on how they would like proceed.

🔧 Work Performed
Arrived on site and checked in with front desk to allow access to the back were unit located. After checking for leveled made a few adjustments but could not get unit to stop drifting. Called Ed and was informed they would send out an extension shaft as well as a new light arm. 12/1 Arrived on site and checked in with front desk, waited for room to become free. Once inside room customer provided only extension shaft as that is the only part received. Removed light and once more had to check level when installing new extension shaft. Had to purchase swivel wrench as installers left very long length of rod making it unable to use a socket. Once shaft installed and unit leveled reinstalled light back onto down shaft but still same issue happening to light. Additional issue occurred due to light not powering on but was able to determine issue was due to wrong installation. Called ED to as if new arm was sent and of additional issue, he informed me that manufacture of light had been contacted as issue was on many lights so new arm sent yet. Tried different methods to adjust arm but no resolution ed informed me he would be reaching to discuss further options 3/5 JPastor - arrived on site and checked in with front desk, after reaching out to POC they relayed that they were not expecting a visit and were unable to accommodate for the repair today, requested for a reschedule, after asking if parts were received, the staff on site were unable to locate at the time 3/13 JPastor - arrived on site and checked in with front desk, retrieved parts and gained access to unit SN #7047273, replaced arm assembly, unit continued to experience drifting when placed in general location of use, access top cover to make sure everything was tightened and level, drop tube was level, contacted Burton Tech Support to inform, suggested readjusting collar lock rings, when applying upward force on light arms the top mounting plate visibly moves and supporting rods above ceiling can also be seen bending, ceiling support structure is not stable as unit moves around, resulting in light drifting- Tech Support suggested they would inform customer that they would need to have their support structure inspected as unit was still drifting after replacing new arms and possible adjustments have been made - was able to straighten one of the support rods after loosening and leveling at location of greatest use - light no longer drifting when testing in location of greatest use
