04/08/2026 YEspino Called 984-215-2468 to speak to Alan Peeden to verify the Ev300 vents in question. Was able to speak to Cristina from Trimedx and she was able to confirm the devices but advised she would send a message to the site manager so they can get in contact with us to schedule us onsite.

Travel to site, meet with POC, setup equipment. Performed FCO86600081 per instruction successfully for SN: H33944560C94B. Attempted FCO for second device, SN: H33944509005A, device failed. Attempted to correct/diagnose device. Unsuccessful. Created follow up repair case/WO.
