08/05/26 LY - work completed, request cancellation of parts order.

17mar2026 fjackson replaced left gci but part was doa, replaced second left gci and was able to update firmware but right gci became unresponsive, part been on back order but once arrived replaced right gci, in process of replacing it a connector got damaged on the right hfb, replaced it. unable to update firmware to fuds, tried multiple times but unable to set bed profile from fud and you can not input on the display due to firmware needing updated, called hillrom but since not on a contract they have limited time to troubleshoot on the phone, found the SOM is not showing connected, we tried a bed reset and tried reseating SOM, will need to order SOM and then try to push APP ony update to the SOM and see if it will allow the FUDs to be updated, all other boards are updated already to 1.45
26nov2025 fjackson left gci unreponsive, will need to order part, foot extension actuator not working, will need to order part, in meantime i was able to take actuator off an unused bed and replaced, verified foot extension working, once part comes in i will replace actuator on bed that i used part from, left gci still needs replaced
