🔒Internal CSA Notes
9/16 ARios - Unable to perform repair for bench led light because my work vehicle where I have all trunk stock is at the shop.
🔧Work Performed
Powered on the kiosk and confirmed that it connected and went online. Performed preventive maintenance according to the Higi Green PM instructions, WI-ST-310 Rev. 009. The kiosk failed the pressure leak test. The bench plexiglass is broken, and the bench LED light is not working. The nearest wall outlet also has no power. The pharmacy manager advised that he will submit a ticket to have the outlet repaired.
🔍Technician Findings
The bench plexiglass is broken, and the bench LED light is not working. The kiosk was plugged into the wall outlet, but I confirmed with a multimeter that the outlet had no power. I informed the pharmacy manager of the issue. An extension cord connected to another working outlet was available, and the manager authorized me to use it to perform the PM.
⚠️Problem Description
Please Perform a PM on this Kiosk and attach all required photos from Checklist Regardless if a PM was completed or not a Checklist and photos are required as well as a signed field service report for every work order If a follow up is needed: Confirm with Tech support, select New issue, enter in the troubleshooting performed and part needed for the follow up in the follow up notes field Trunk stock work order: email dispatch@emsar.com with current work order # and the description of the repair that is required to be performed prior to PM completion (Example LED lights, bamboo seat replacement, Leveler replacement etc. all parts that can be found in your trunk stock ) Link to Work Instructions & Checklist on last page: SZZT (Higi Green) https://emsar-portal1.sharepoint.com/SOPs%20and%20Work%20Instructions/Higi%20&%20Legacy%20Kiosk%20Group/Higi%20Green/WI-ST-310%20Higi%20Green%20Preventative%20Maintenance%20009%20DCR652.pdf

Hi @Angel Rios Thanks for making us awae of the outlet issue at this location. One thing please?
Could you please update the Follow-Up Notes on WO-01330046 to remove you reference to the work vehicle being in the shop and the Higi trunk stock being unavailable.
That detail does not affect the required next step on this WO. The site outlet must first be repaired, and Higi will need to submit a new CF once power has been restored before we return to address the remaining kiosk issues.
Please leave the relevant service findings in place — failed pressure leak test, broken bench plexiglass, bench LED not working, and the outlet having no power — but remove the vehicle-related comment since it is an internal EMSAR matter and does not impact the disposition of this work.
