🔧Work Performed
2/2 Jason - PM Complete - Arrived on site and located the unit. Found the machine was online and fully operational upon arrival. Cleaned the unit and tested the devices with the combined calibrator tool and weight. All tests passed. Performed post service tests. While performing the post service tests, I determined that the right speaker has no output. Attempted to resolve this issue in settings, but the left speak works and sound only appears to come out of the left speaker. Also noticed the tower LED strip was not completely illuminated. Had a trunk stock work order created to resolve the LED issue. Also found that the seat had damage near the seat LED area. Looks like someone ran into it with a cart or piece of machinery. Took pictures and attached to WO for reference. Placed unit back into service and marked this WO for follow up due to damage and speaker issues.
