Perform Bench Repair/PM: Evaluation, unit has a high back ground.
Cleaned valve block, replace all O-ring, plunger seal, internal calibrated leak. Cleaned inside spec-tube body, ion chamber,
ion support pole, replaced filament, metal gasket, retorque spec-tube header. Started up unit, sensitivity still drifting to -9
range back ground. Disassemble spec-tube, cleaned inside body, ion chamber, installed new SYS-ALLOY filament, metal
gasket, retorque spec-tube header. Restarted up unit, perform fine test procedure, unit' sensitivity stable, record parameter, chart record MDL/Helium Stability. Unit leak check ok shut off unit, pack it up, ship unit back to customer.

I went onsite yesterday and the He background in their lab is astonishingly high and makes troubleshooting the leak impossible.
After reseating the spec tube to turbo gasket multiple times, reinstalling V6, and refreshing every valve and oring on the leak detector the leak still remains. Is it possible to cancel the delivery of the backordered part R3379501?
I believe the best option for SN: LL0811L107 is bench repair. I have rebuilt a significant amount of this system over many visits this year but the He background makes finding the leak much too difficult.
