💬 Activities, Notes & Communications
🔧Work Performed
'2605182_MStelter:
1) Replaced Foot Jack, tested, adjusted, returned to service.
'26.03.02_MStelter:
1) Inquired about the lead time of the jacks (6-8 wks)
2) Went to move the cot out of my active work zone and noticed puddle of oil under foot jack.
'26.02.16_MStelter:
1) the foot only dropped by 1/2" over the weekend with 75 lbs of weight on it.
2) completely disconnected the rod that controls the descent to make sure that it wasn't allowing leakage. Lowered H & F and pumped again. Head still rises faster than foot.
3) Ordered a jack for the foot end.
'26.02.12_MStelter:
1) Measured head and foot fully raised (2" differenece). Referenced other cots to verify that this variation is not normal. (It isn't ... head and foot are usually within 1/2" of each other when fully raised.)
2) Put 75 lbs of weight above head cylinder and 75 lbs of weight above foot cylinder. Will see if foot end drifts over time.
🔍Technician Findings
'26.02.12_MStelter: Cot does not raise evenly and foot end does not go up as high as the head end.
⚠️Problem Description
Mark Stelter: Request REPAIR WO. Foot does not rise as fast as head. When both head and foot are fully raised, foot is 2" lower than head.
