06/19/2026 MKlose-dispatch Israsel to ANR per Fady06/03/2026 ARoosa - Recvd. email from Todd McChesney and Sheila Mortaloni. Sheila stated she can not find the devices so there is no need for the exchange. Todd replied he will change the status from stored to removed. I sent email reply to them both stating I will start the ANR process and that an FSE will be reaching out with paperwork for one of them to sign stating they no longer have these devices.

05/26/2026 ARoosa - Recvd. email from smortaloni@uwhealth.org and McChesney, Todd G. <todd.mcchesney@unitypoint.org> Todd stated according to their data base all 7 G7m modules are in storage and have not been in use since October of 2020, and Sheila replied to Todd stating I am thinking we have not used since 2020 it was part of our monitor upgrade and no longer used by us. I sent reply email asking if they plan to retire these devices or if they would like us to complete remediation.

She added in Hoerig, Steven P. <steven.hoerig@unitypoint.org> & McChesney, Todd G. <todd.mcchesney@unitypoint.org> to email thread asking if they can tell her if they have the devices.
