Hello Bola, EMSAR partners with Avantor to provide laboratory instrument calibration, maintenance, and qualification services. We received a request to perform the following services at your facility:

At your convenience, please confirm:

• Make, Model and Serial Number of the equipment to be serviced. 

• Is the equipment received and onsite? 

• PM / Calibration / Qualification services do not include installation.

o Can you please provide your timeline of equipment installation? 

• Each device to be serviced has been received from VWR, installed, and connected to applicable utilities.

• Each device is configured for normal use. This includes installation of shelving and other components.

• We will need access to an analytical balance and DI water.  

• We will need access to a pool of representative glassware to be washed (4 pieces of each kind). Can you provide me with details of the glass?  

• Does your facility have any special requirements for which we should be aware?

• This service will take approximately 1 full day. Can you please provide your preferred dates of service?

• Cancellation within three business days of scheduled service date will result in a $750 cancellation fee

Service will take one full day. Needed supplies are currently at another site (Scapa Tapes) which is scheduled for end of May.

I have included a PRE-APPROVAL section (page 4) for your signatures signifying your approval of the protocol, and this should be signed before we may start this work. Please review, sign, and scan the pre-approval page (page 4) back to us.

Once approved, we can begin scheduling this work!

/WO-01268976​ protocol revisions requested by customer that are outside of scope of work that EMSAR can perform - (modeled after LABCONCO Mfg. protocol). The LABCONCO manufacturer IOPQ protocol is very extensive and has many things that we cannot, or do not, normally do. Like ‘checking local building codes’ and plumbing requirements, as well as some specific tests like (2v) measuring the detergent volume by removing the detergent jug and replacing it with a graduated cylinder, running a cycle etc. etc. We do not have the tools or training to do the LABCONCO protocol as written and only routinely do our standard protocol after getting pre-approval from the customer.  I think the LABCONCO protocol could only be performed with a LABCONCO service engineer while doing the installation, who has all the tools and experience to fully dismantle and do that service. 

Our standard protocol satisfies GMP and GLP requirements.  It does not meet standards for Food Standard Commerical dishwashers NSF/ANSI 3 Standards (National Sanitation Foundation)
