05/13/2026 KFricke - Per the vendor's last response, these are expected to be in stock then ship this week.

04/23/2026 KFricke - I followed up with the vendor again, CC'ing multiple managers as we never got a response regarding this 7 month old order. Per SMX Case 524122, these are expected back in stock 5/4 so ESD is the following week.

04/10/2026 KFricke - It's been a little over the last ESD provided, so I followed up with the vendor again.

03/02/2026 KFricke - Tuttnauer replied that these are on a 3-4 week backorder.

02/26/2026 KFricke - I just emailed this vendor again, they never responded to the previous follow up.

02/02/2026 KFricke - This item has not shipped yet, I followed up with the vendor.

01/19/2026 KFricke - We spoke with the vendor and this item is still on backorder, but expected to ship by the end of this month. PartsSource has it stating it'll ship in the next two days, but for double the cost. RGriffin is clarifying with the field.

1/7 KSmith -- Teams message to Shawn to follow up on this one. Has been in awaiting parts since August with no updates

10/20/2025 JRolston - Received email from site POC, Lori O'Connor, requesting update on backordered parts and when date will be scheduled for replacement. Per Teams discussion with Keith Fricke / MM, we are awaiting an update from Tuttnauer, which is the sole vendor for their parts. Replied on email advising site.

10/9 KFricke - Follow up request sent to vendor, we have not received an update after the order confirmation.

9/3 KFricke - 81043 Order placed, shipping to site

9/2 KSmith -- Once parts ship to site, WO needs reassigned to Nick (has tool kit in stock)

9/2 SRogers: Placed the part order for the needed board. Test kit was not ordered since one of my techs in the area (Nick) already has a loaner test-13 kit in stock.

8/27 KWeiss, Chatter sent to DCavaco and SRogers, a Parts & Calibration form will need to be filled out to request a Test-13 kit for calibration.

@DAVID CAVACO​ Hi David, can you please let me know when Tuttnauer responds to you with the p/n's for the board and test kit. I believe the test/calibration kit is TEST-13, but it will need to be a loaner.
