9/25/2025 Sramen - teams convo with CWomack, DCarvalho in addition to a teams call with DCarvalho and then Kwalls separately. Per Kwalls, we cannot remove the parts order on this WO because the parts have shipped and CWomack will need to receive in each part so KWalls can put them into the techs trunk stock and to close out the PO properly. Notified CWomack/DCarvalho via teams message. THIS WO WILL REMAIN IN SERVICED STATUS UNTIL TECH HAS RECEIVED IN ALL PARTS AND IS ABLE TO CLOSE THE WO.

🔧 Work Performed
On the 6500, I removed the two damaged valves. I then installed a locking valve and a non-locking valve that was supplied by the customer. I reconnected the release cable. I then function tested the cot and all passed. I returned the cot to service.
🔍 Technician Findings
On the 6500, I found that the cots manual release was not working. I then found that the shafts on both valves were bent and there were two locking valves.
