WO-01307803 — Brandon Green to CSA Service Solutions LLC DBA EMSAR Only
@Charles Ramen @Lawrence Yoder The contact Bill at this location did not want the chair PMs done on this visit. He wants to do all of his equipment at once and I believe it should be due. Not sure when Summerville did it last but the sticker noted service due 9/25 in the chair. This stop will take multiple days, usually its about 4 due to amount of equipment and having to rotate the day/night shift equipment.
12/3/2025 CRamen spoke with Bill and scheduled for Thursday 12/4/2025 with tech arrival between 12-2pm. Call logged on WO-01310255
11/25/25 NatoshaB - Bill emailed to confirm ALL stretchers, fasteners & chairs need to be PMd for this appt. Copied Chuck & Rhea on email to the customer for awareness.
11/13/25 RCook- Updated due date based on parts. Waiting on parts for WO-01310255. Removed delay code

10/22/25 NB - Schedule PMs on (25) STAIR CHAIRS ONLY when we have a parts arrival ETA on repair WO-01310255. Customer is expecting the work to be scheduled together per case 00536370. Updated this WO to RFS so ASC is aware.
10/9/25 NB - Emailed Bill re: contract adjustments. As of now - planning to remove all cots & fasteners from the SMC & keeping 6 month PM for chairs only. Waiting for Bill to confirm chair count & when they prefer to schedule PM on those.
10/9/2025 CRamen received and logged email from Bill:Good morning. We are going to hold off on this PM. We are in the process of replacing the entire lot of Stryker and Ferno cots with Ferno power cots. With this upgrade we are to have a maintenance contract which I believe EMSAR we be handling. Still working through the details. We are going to want the stair chairs on a PM schedule. Let me know what we can do to work that out. Thanks.
Bill
