01/08/2026 EBar. I conducted the inspection to ensure the proper functioning of this electrocardiograph. I observed that one lead had a loose connection. This has been corrected. To verify its operation, the EKG patient simulator was used. All tests passed. Electrical safety tests were also performed, and the results were within the acceptable range.
