11/12 KSmith -- Per Lauren O, this can go on hold. They are still working on their contract

10/14 KSmith -- Per Ralph, "We absolutely know we are due for the PMS. We are in a critical state with our vehicles at this moment. We have over 16 vehicles that are out of service here in the central area so at this point I think we should hold off until we are in a better state."
