Good morning, Our Autoclave machine #1 will not allow us to run unwrapped or pack cyles. When the buttons for those cycles are pressed, nothing happens. Someone was here on 10/16/25 for inspections and checked the machine off as fine but this problem has been happening for over 3 weeks. What is the next step for repair? 12/19 MOwens Called and spoke to Courtney told her the tech is sick today and will not make it onsite. Rescheduled the visit for morning of 12/23. She said that will work for her.

12/16/25 RBerry- Spoke with Courtney Spell, scheduled for 12/19/25 with arrival time between 9-11AM. States parts will be in her office. Courtney Spell is the contact onsite on 12/19/25. Could not log call in RC logged call manually.


12/16/25 RBerry- Sent teams message to MBateman stating: Matthew Bateman WO-01310527- This WO is going to miss the SLA. I am going to try to schedule for 12/19. If site confirms I will move the inspection on that day. The other work scheduled for this week is in the complete opposite direction.

12/23/25- EColon- Arrived onsite, checked in with front desk, and received part. Unit was in a cycle. Let cycle complete, replaced part then completed functions test. Unit fully functional. 10/23/25- EColon- Arrived on-site, checked in with POC. Unit does not beep or engage when the unwrapped or packs button are pressed but display is working and other cycles are functional. Placed unit into diagnostic mode and tested buttons, no response from those two buttons. Took cover off unit and reseated all connections to the touch pad, and tested buttons again however buttons still did not respond. Checked midmark technical library, touch pad may have been damaged due to moisture. unit will need a new touch pad. PN: 015-10362-00 Touch Pad.
