🔧Work Performed
On the X1, I removed the damaged actuator, and I upgraded the PCB and the Actuator. I then removed the four transport wheels and installed four new transport wheels. Next, I removed the damaged Load wheels and installed two new load wheels. I then removed the damaged upper pivot cover and installed the new Pivot cover and replaced the long clevis pin and E-clip. I then installed the new cam to connect to the upper pivot cover. I replaced all the hardware. I then replaced the missing bolt that holds the upper slide bar into place. I checked all the wires and zip tied the wires into the correct places. I function tested the cot and all passed. I returned the cot to service.
🔍Technician Findings
On the X1, I arrived and found that upper pivot cover for the steer was broken, and the Pins were missing. I found that the hose was damaged on the actuator. All four of the wheels were cracking and the load wheels were cracked. The safety bail was worn and one screw was missing for the upper slide bars. I had to order parts.
