12/12/2025 LHill-rec'd email from Matt Porter-Hope all is well. I was out of the office last week and it was brought to my attention the dental xray install was rescheduled for today. Can you please confirm this is accurate and if so when the tech will be onsite?
If not today, can we please have the tech out Monday or Tuesday to install at the latest?
12/4 MOwens Tech was onsite and found out the contractor needs to put tile on the wall that will be where the x-ray is mounted. Rescheduling for return for next Fri. 12/12 once the tile is dry to complete the rest of the install.

🔧Work Performed
12/4/25- EColon- Had trouble locating facility due to gps not registering their facility yet. Found facility, Arrived onsite, checked in with construction supervisor and located xray, and install location. Began mounting and installing xray when construction supervisor realized that the wall needed to be tiled before I could install xray. Rescheduled installation to allow for construction team to tile walls. will return 12/12 to complete installation.
12/12/25-EColon- Installation complete.
