🔧 Work Performed
Inspected unit and found chamber does not fill when cycle started. Checked voltages on the fill and vent valves and found them within spec. Emptied water tank and checked for debris and found none. Spoke to Midmark tech service and was told the fill valve(002-10330-00) needs to be replaced 12/23/20215 Replaced fill valve and ran a -LT- Tried to remove old fill valve but it was completely seized inside of the block. Did not want to apply anymore pressure in fear of braking the valve inside of block which would ultimately resort in a new block, and potential damage of other components. Spoke with Shawn Rogers and he confirmed and this wo will need to be rescheduled for a return visit. Parts needed for repair Fill/vent valve assembly PN: 002-10328-00 Qty: 1 12/22/2025 Arrived on site and parts were not avaiable. 12/23/2025 Replaced fill valve and ran an Uwrapped cycle to completion
