2/18 SKLEIN - Unit is still failing on audiometer calibrator after calibrator was repaired. Contacted/emailed Ambco for technical support. Waiting to hear back from a representative.

🔍Technician Findings
Q-00031487, parts order.
Was able to duplicate issue and unit would not pass calibration tests. Seems to be interference causing the unit to produce more sound than what is tested usually caused by the cable of the headphones. Unit also has a broken switch for the pulse steady function. Unit will need to be requoted for a new headphone cable and a new pulse steady switch to fix issue.
