5/6 TD- TBD is beds are arriving to me due to emails back n forth with glenn medical? Unit will be sent to Wilmington next week and NEEDS NEW SIEVE BEDS.

4/14 TD- Dropped sieve beds off at UPS to be exchanged. advised in meeting that status needs to be changed to awaiting parts

4/11 TD- Per chatter from RS - awaiting label to exchange sieve beds for correct ones. Requested by noon on 14th to get sent out ASAP while in depot.

3/31 TD- Packaged was received yesterday with 2 sets of 10L beds labeled for this w/o but the unit is a 5L for this repair. Chattered to get clarification.


3/12-RS; Pending the sieve beds to be returned -


03/12/2026 JRolston - Re-submitted PO through email to Vendor.

2/23 TD- Sieve beds packaged & will ship out today. 02/011/2026 SWeaver- TDuda reached out to check on status of reshipment. Talked to RSchwochow, and new Part Order will be submitted for shipment.

2/5 TD- CONFIRMED SIEVE BEDS WERE NOT REPOURED. THEY DO NOT HAVE UP TODATE STICKERS ON BEDS AND UNIT WILL NOT RUN WITH BEDS INSTALLED. REMOVED & CHATTERED RYAN.

11/13 TD- packaged sieve beds & shipping out today for repour per RS chatter. - RECIEVED 1 WEEK LATER. UNSURE IF ACTUALLY REPOURED OR JUST SHIPPED BACK.
