11/24/25 AJinerson - Called Charmaine regarding needing to reschedule tech/date. 

Confirmed with Charmaine to schedule for Weds. 12/3 with eta between 12pm-1pm. 

Will send follow up confirmation email with tech's email address to Charmaine so she can send training email to tech to complete before service.

**Do not reschedule again please, they have an audit coming up and need this done first week of DEC.**


11/24/25 AJinerson - Received notice that original scheduled tech for 12/2 will actually be on PTO 12/1-12/2. Will need to reassign to next avail. tech. Confirmed w/ MFranks.
