3/3/26 DPatton - Bill travel for all trips? 12/31 customer left for the day, (not sure if this was scheduled) and 2-13-26 Drove to site after email conversation with contact letting me know parts had arrived. But upon arrival. The relay still had not been delivered.


1/14 tech arrived onsite; not all parts were delivered or incorrect parts.

2-19-26 JK Sent another email to see if new part was delivered and onsite.


Customer responded that the part is on site. We'll be going there on 2-24-26.

1/2/26 RBerry- Received teams message from APrzybyla stating: I figured I’d let you know that I’m here at United vein for my last job of the day. I got here at 12:30 thinking I can get an early and the lady across the hall said that she believes that they were all at lunch because the door was lockedand to come back at 1 o’clock. So I left and I came back at 2 o’clock like I rescheduled to and the door is still locked and all the lights are off and it’s completely dark in there. I’m gonna wait here until 3 o’clock and if nobody shows up, I’m leaving.


Then received teams message stating: All the lights in the back went out. I'm leaving.


WO needs to be rescheduled, updated due date due to site closing early. Cleared tech name and placed into RFS for local technician to complete.

🔧 Work Performed
First, I manually cleaning the components, such as by blowing air backward through the drain valve to clear obstructions and by removing and cleaning the chamber strainer but still no luck. I do know fault drain valve cause cause this issue and temperature issues so I recommended new drain valve seeejng the me cleaning it did not do anything to help. Update 12/31/2025 - 2PM, Tech arrived on site and found the doors locked and the lights off. The lady in the other office stated that she believes they left for the day. Tech let Rhea Cook know what was going on. Tech told Rhea that he would wait till 3PM to see if anyone would show. 3PM, No one showed. Tech told Rhea and she said she would put WO on hold. 1/14/26 RJB -- New heating elements and drain valve onsite. Began to replace the heating element, and found out the wrong size was ordered by the previous tech. While I had the old heating element out, I conducted an ohms test. The heating element ohms out at 40 ohms. This was in specifications. Conducted further troubleshooting, the solid state relay input terminals only were showing 4.6 VDC across the terminals 3 & 4, I am not sure if this was in spec. Terminals 1 to ground and Terminal 2 to ground were different, however, one was showing 110 VAC, one was showing 30 VAC. The unit was on and a cycle was started. So, the relay should have been activated. Likely a fault with the solid state relay. P/n: 04400338 2-13-26 JK Drove to site after email conversation with contact letting me know parts had arrived. But upon arrival. The relay still had not been delivered. 2-24-26 Installed new relay and drain valve on unit. Performed a successful functional and electrical safety tests. Grnd res. 179 Leak - 3 Leak- 128

Customer state that the unit would Not drain after cycle. After explaining I was told that it would go up to 80°. F They said that that’s not the issue THt they know Of, it’s the fact that the water would not drain after a cycle. .
