left a voicemail with the WO and told Brandon a coordinator will call to schedule the visit

🔧 Work Performed
During eval of unit I noticed that table was plugged into a power strip. I plugged it into the wall and the light came on indicating box is getting power. Waited a few mins and table did not heat up. Replaced control box with new one and plugged unit back into wall outlet Light came on indicating power but then it would fade out, flicker like 5x then ultimatley turn off. Checked voltage at wall outlets to confirm correct voltage. Spoke with Mike @MM and he determined that new control box is DOA. Will overnight another control box 11/26 Tech replaced the control box and waited for the table to heat up. The top metal plate warmed up within 15 minutes. All functions were checked and the unit is working properly.
