The Telescoping metal guard under the bed in OR 1 have come apart. I have attached pictures of guard and the ESMAR stickers.
Can we still use this bed or do I need to put his OR out of use until the repair is made? Please advise how to proceed

11/14 MOwens Tiffany replied back that 11/18 works for the visit. Arrival will be between 8-9am.

11-18-25 CTM - Evaluate/Remount Shrouds so customer can use bed . Provide follow up on if new shroud kit is needed or if it can be repaired .Replaced 4 top shrouds screws . TESTED , PASS FUNCTION TEST. Notify POC Tiffany Anthoney of findings and completion
