CRACKED PLASTIC BACK REST; NEEDS (1) 6250-001-116 BACK REST PLASTIC, (11) 0025-182-000 BLIND RIVET Disinfect and cleaned stair chair, restraints, and accessories.
All fasteners are secure.
All welds and assemblies are free from deflection or cracks. All articulating and telescopic assemblies pivot and lock in all positions. Track frame, mechanism and springs are intact and operational. Belts are free from high wear or fraying. Cycle tested chair in all positions, product fully operational.
Reviewed inspection results with customer, and returned product to service.
Follow-up required. Noticeable physical damage on device Parts Needed- Emsar to follow up with quote for needed replacement part.
