11/17/2025 SRobinson- Called Ty Taylor, 1(281) 480-8800. Asked for Ty, spoke with Ty and ggave her the WO# and advised a coordinator will be reaching out to schedule.

- investigated reported issue: scaler hand piece issues - staff reported scaler leaking and foot pedal sticking - confirmed foot pedal sticking for extended period after being released - unable to confirm any leaks - contacted midmark to order foot pedal spring kit (# 002-10980-00 : $115) - shawn placed order for parts to ship to site. 12/2 CLacy- Removed and replaced foot pedal parts kit. Functional testing passed. This unit is ready to return to service.
