🔧 Work Performed
Ran unit through cycle, discovered that the door gasket was leaking.
🔍 Technician Findings
Located unit listed on WO. Started a cycle on unit. Temp would rise on unit, but would not build pressure and steam was leaking out from front gasket. When I would apply pressure on the door, the unit would build pressure and unit would stop leaking steam. I spoke with the customer and showed them what I had found. They agreed that the problem was the door gasket and wished to have part ordered.
