One of the blocks that holds the leg lift/trendelemburg bar broke off. We were looking to get the stretcher serviced to confirm it is still able to be used in service as well as get the block repaired.

🔧Work Performed
**Installed PR shock frame rail assembly
**Installed wire cover underneath cot
**R&R both +/- button assembly
**Installed 6 restraint buckle covers
**Function & cycle tested to confirm no other issues
🔍Technician Findings
**PR shock frame rail broken
**One of the 2 wire covers under the cot had fallen off
**Both sets of buttons were very worn. Suggest replacement
**6 restraint buckle covers missing
