🔧 Work Performed
11/25 CLacy- Inspected unit SN1000399739 and found the Side rail mounting brackets are bent to where they slide and the side rail binds. New side rail mounting brackets are needed for this repair. I have adjusted the brackets to the best of my ability and the side rail works for now. Parts needed to complete the repair 2/11 CLacy- Removed and replaced side rail mounting parts one Patient left and right side of the bed. Functional testing passed. This unit is ready to return to service
