Our lab refrigerator: Helmer - HPR120-GX is not holding temperature. A significant temperature change occurred on Saturday night/early Sunday morning that required all refrigerated vaccines to be moved offsite. It's unclear what caused the change, and I'd like to have the refrigerator reviewed for issues. Vaccines cannot be moved back onsite until a cause is identified.

No known power outage. Error code Err04 was seen when staff came in to move vaccines to storage location.
