1/7/26 NSuarez SRA for date of service 12/12/25 is missing, also attachment WO-01317810.pdf for date of service 12/3/25 needs P G 1 name on the correct box and the date also moved to correct box currently the tech name is under date of service and the name of trained technician performing service had the date. please also fix the date on attachment SRA_WO_00133338_ver11(1)2.pdf pg 3 needs to be updated to 12/24/25.
