- investigated reported issue, “air issues” - confirmed reported issue - staff reported compressor was loud, losing pressure, and not shutting off, generating lots of heat - replaced newly shipped solenoid - during solenoid replaced, discovered the hose from compressor to air tank had a pinch like puncture allowing air to escape - hose needs to be repla ed - contacted midmark, spoke to Kevin, helped to temporarily fix the issue until replacement parts are shipped to install - got approval from to order part: hose, compression fitting
